Shay Goldenberg, CSR & Colors Foundation Manager at Fiverr, where he integrates donations, volunteering, and business partnerships to create social impact. In this role, he leads social initiatives in collaboration with more than 80 NGOs across a wide range of fields, including at-risk children and youth, promoting technological education and entrepreneurship in the social periphery, women’s empowerment, combating violence against women, support for lone soldiers, IDF wounded veterans and PTSD survivors, and intergenerational connections with an emphasis on Holocaust remembrance. Shay has extensive experience in both formal and non-formal education and brings a pragmatic, optimistic, and action-oriented approach to his work. In his previous roles, he served as Manager of the Educational Ecosystem at the AMIT Network as part of the “Whole Educational Space” project; Director of Culture and Deputy Director of Kol Ami Mechina of the Jewish Agency for Israel; Head of Local Partnerships and Resource Development at Acharai – Youth Leading Change; Jewish Agency Shaliach in the United States; and special education teacher at Bikurim Inclusive School in Tel Aviv. Shay holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Government, and Management, and a master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He lives in Hod HaSharon, is married, and the father of two. Shay is an avid fan of Israeli music, sports, connecting people, and his morning ritual of coffee with a logic puzzle or crossword.
