Osnat Yaron, CEO of Hackaveret (“The Hive”) – Israel’s Center for Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation, established by the Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) and the National Insurance Funds. Previously, she served as Deputy CEO of the Organization of Victims of Hostilities, which she joined after October 7 to restructure the organization’s activities for the absorption of tens of thousands of wounded and affected individuals. Before that, she was the Founding Director of Askola, the youth network at the Future Scientists Center of the Maimonides Fund; Deputy CEO for External Relations and Executive Engagement at Avney Rosha – The Israel Institute for School Leadership; and an organizational consultant on behalf of the Ministry of Education’s headquarters, leading change processes, designing training frameworks, and developing national projects and programs. Osnat holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Counseling, Sociology, and Anthropology; a master’s degree (with honors) in Educational Counseling in Special Education from Tel Aviv University, with a thesis on career development; and professional certification in organizational consulting and career counseling. She lives in Tel Aviv, is married, and is the mother of a daughter and two sons.
