Moussa Salman, Director of Socio-Economic Development, at the Authority for Economic Development of Arab Society in the Ministry for Social Equality and the Advancement of Status of Women. In this capacity, he advances social programs aimed at implementing government resolutions to reduce gaps in Arab society, as well as initiatives in human capital development, employment diversity, and more. He also serves as an advisor to the Director General of the Ministry in the fields of employment diversity and combating racism. Previously, he served as Director of the Youth Unit in the I’billin Local Council, where he led educational and social initiatives with a focus on youth empowerment. Moussa holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics with a specialization in Logistics from the University of Haifa. He lives in the village of I’billin in northern Israel, is married to Anna Maria, and is the father of Nizar and Maris. Moussa believes that social involvement is a key to personal development, the formation of a strong values-based identity, and the deepening of belonging and connection between communities and people.
