Miri Yechezkiely, team leader in the assisted living facility in Kiryat Tivon, and previously a treatment coordinator. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Education from Tel Hai College and a graduate degree in Art Therapy from the University of Haifa, with a thesis on “Siblings of Children with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities”. She also studied integrative CBT with Dr. Itai Adras, DBT, and phase 1 supervision studies at the School of Rehabilitation. In the past she volunteered at the Ilan Association and participated in the “Great in Hadar” project to promote community initiatives in the Hadar neighborhood in Haifa. Miri is part of the Yad BeYad community, which promotes a shared society for Arabs and Jews in Israel through education and communities. She is partner to Moran and mother to Ayala and Shahaf. She grew up in Hadera and currently lives in Haifa.
