Michal Harel, Vice President at Paamonim; formerly Director of programs and collaborations in the organiztion. As part of her role, she is responsible for advancing the organization’s growth strategy and leading cross-organizational domains. “Paamonim” is a leading non-profit that aims to promote financial resilience throughout Israel by assisting individuals and families to conduct their finances in a balanced and responsible manner. As part of her role, she leads the organization’s special programs in collaboration with government ministries and additional organizations, and is responsible for developing strategic partnerships. Michal has a wealth of experience in managing complicated, professioanl long-term partnerships. Previously she served as a judicial assistant for a regional court judge. Michal is a lawyer with an LLB from the Hebrew University and an MBA, with honors, in business administration, specializing in social leadership, from Ben Gurion University and the Mandel Foundation. Mother of five, she lives in Moreshet in the Misgav regional council.
