Michal Galimidi

Director of Organizational Development and Knowledge at Enosh, and a leading advocate for a trauma-informed and safeguarding-oriented approach across the organization.
Previously, she managed the Human Services Cluster in Kfar Saba, Ramat Hasharon, and Herzliya, and founded and led Enosh’s Information Center for the realization of rights in the field of mental health.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a special education teacher and as a parent group facilitator at the Adler Institute. She holds a BA in Special Education from Oranim College and an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Development and Consulting from Ono Academic College.
She is married to Uzi, a mother of four, and lives in Kibbutz Yakum.
