Maayan Asa, Head of Training & Development at Talpiot Graduates, Ministry of Defense, with extensive experience in operations, project development, and execution. In the past, she was part of the founding team of the Odem Program for leadership development in the technological arena; Operations Manager and founding team member of MindCET, the R&D center for innovation in educational technology at Matach – The Center for Educational Technology (CET); and Administration Manager at Microsoft Israel. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the Yezreel Valley College and a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Consulting from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo. Maayan is married to Miki and is the mother of three. She grew up in Kibbutz Beit Keshet in the Lower Galilee and lives in Kfar Saba. She is driven by purpose, challenges, and people, and is inspired by processes of creation and change—especially at the intersections of education and technology, in the contexts of leadership, gender, and the social periphery.
