Lilach Dali, director of the Information Center, and before that manager of the Rishon Lezion – Rehovot – Ness Ziona cluster. In the past she coordinated the field of community work and volunteering in the welfare department of the Holon Municipality. Lilach holds an undergraduate degree in social work from Bar Ilan University and a graduate degree in social work from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She loves to bake and participates in a ceramics class. She lives in Hod Hasharon, is a widow, and has a daughter.
