Hiddai Negev, Executive Director of the Movement for Freedom of Information, which works to promote transparency, accountability, and public oversight of government authorities. In his previous role, he served as Head of the Policy and Legislation Department at the Movement for Quality Government in Israel, representing the organization before the Supreme Court and in Knesset committees. Before that, he managed The LeaDAREship Initiative in Israel, which focused on fostering cross-border cooperation in higher education to advance local leadership. Hiddai holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.M. (with honors) from the College of Management Academic Studies, where he was a fellow in the Takana Program under the Emil Zola Chair for Human Rights. Originally from Tzofar in the Arava, he now lives in Tel Aviv, is the partner of Einav, and the father of two.
