Efrat Noy, Director of Development at the Emunah Movement and also the Chief of Staff to the Chairperson of the Movement. In her role, she is a partner in leading policy and guiding strategic processes, and she leads the establishment and implementation of innovative programs for women’s leadership and a national network of leading and influential women in Religious Zionism. Efrat is an education, management, and organizational development professional, with extensive experience in the fields of civil society, philanthropy, community, and public action. In her previous role, she served as the CEO of the Religious Community Core (Garin Torani) in Lod, and before that, she was the Director of the Central District at the Association for Volunteering. Efrat holds a bachelor’s degree in Informal Education and Communication from Michlalah Jerusalem College; a master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from the Peres Academic Center in Rehovot; and is a graduate of various professional courses in mediation, group facilitation, and management. She lives in Lod, is married, a mother of six, and a long-time community activist.
