Dotan supports individuals and teams through processes of change, growth, and resilience building. In recent years, he has worked with boarding school, schools, the Kibbutz Movement (HaTnu’a HaKibbutzit), ZAKA (Search, Rescue & Recovery), hospital teams, and groups of combatants and volunteers. Dotan’s work integrates listening, honesty, and practical tools that help individuals and teams move forward and rediscover strength and meaning.
Dotan also teaches in the Group Facilitation Program at Tel Aviv University, where—as in the field work—he believes in genuine encounters, direct conversation, and engagement at eye level.
