Voices from the Heart

An exciting connection between the Migrash Beiti [Home Field] Association (Uri) and the centers for victims of sexual assault (Tanya). Migrash Beiti, which works for the homeless, also runs choirs for homeless women, a unique initiative that combines music, community, and healing. In November 2025, the first choir began operating at the Center for Victims of Sexual Assault in Sharon, providing a safe space where women create, sing, and regain their voices. The voice, which sometimes falls silent in times of injury, takes on a very significant and powerful presence thanks to singing.
The intiative aims to expand to additional centers in the country, and to give a new voice to healing, connection, and female power.
