A joint initiative of Bizchut (The Israel human rigths center for people with disabilities) and the Israeli Association for Community Centers (IACC) to advance Israel’s first self-advocacy movement for people with intellectual disabilities. Its goal is to enable individuals to speak for themselves, participate in shaping policy, and take a meaningful place in public discourse.
The national event held in Jerusalem in February 2018, with the participation of 120 attendees, raised awareness of the importance of self-leadership and opened the door to social change.
