Small and medium-sized businesses, responsible for 65% of Israel’s GDP, are facing significant challenges in a complex economic reality.
This initiative, developed in collaboration with the 8200 Small Business Center, works to strengthen Jewish and Arab businesses through a mentoring program. A task force of entrepreneurs and business leaders supports small business owners in building stable, flexible, and sustainable business infrastructures. The initiative fosters trust, cross-sector connections, and long-term collaborations, grounded in the belief that meaningful economic change begins with human connection. The initiative is set to launch in 2025 in local and regional authorities in northern Israel.
