Arab civil society organizations face managerial and professional challenges that limit their ability to grow and sustain impact over time. This initiative is designed to strengthen the managerial capabilities of managers of Arab organizations through mentoring, professional guidance, and shared learning. Experienced managers will support emerging leaders and heads of developing organizations, providing them with practical knowledge and tools.
The initiative includes mapping needs, recruiting and training mentors, and matching them with organizations in need of support, alongside dedicated consulting hours. To date, the needs-mapping phase has been completed, and experts in the field of consulting have been recruited. Implementation is expected to begin in early 2026
