She underwent a series of training programs at Enosh in order to use her life story as a work tool in supporting service recipients and their families, working with teams, and bringing this perspective to organizational processes. Before that, she was a rehabilitation instructor in the Afula Supportive Community and participated in various projects such as moderating peer groups and a Listening from Experience hotline, which she still coordinates today. Before Enosh, Maya was in the fields of management and sales. She recently moved from Afula to Be&#8217;er Sheva and is focused on her work in the central and southern regions. She is married to Dudu.
