In her last role, she served as a co-artistic director and head of the innovative creation development and children&#8217;s content department at Beit Avi Chai &#8211; a center for Jewish-Israeli culture and creativity. She creates and leads cultural-social initiatives, including &#8220;The Hospital for Books&#8221; and &#8220;Panim. Yom. Zikaron&#8221; (Faces. A Day. A Memory.), an artistic project to commemorate fallen soldiers and victims of hostilities through animation. She has many years of experience as a journalist and editor and in content development roles in the fields of culture and media. Additionally, she is the creator and co-host of two podcasts for children and families: &#8220;On the Way &#8211; The Podcast for the Traveling Family&#8221; and &#8220;A Look for Children&#8221; &#8211; a news and culture podcast following the events of October 7th, made accessible for children. Yotvat combines cultural action with social activism &#8211; she is a member of the Council for Culture and Arts in the festivals section, a board member of the &#8220;Lo Omdim Me&#8217;astad&#8221; (&#8220;Not Standing Aside&#8221;) association for humanitarian aid in disaster and war zones, and works to promote equality and freedom in issues of religion and state in Israel. She holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University; and a master&#8217;s degree in Communication and Culture from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem; a graduate of the Shova Midrasha, she has specialized in innovation at MIT in Boston and is studying for rabbinic ordination.
