The program aims to strengthen OTI\u2019s organizational capabilities while amplifying a culture of connection and collaborative action rooted in diversity throughout Israeli society.<br\/>Throughout the program, participants will build meaningful relationships, deepen their understanding of one another and of the communities they represent, share their professional experience, participate in joint inquiry journeys, and develop collaborative initiatives designed to generate both organizational and broader social impact.
